An astute practitioner, adviser and advocate, Oluwajare obtained his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, before he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, where he obtained his Barrister at Law (B.L) degree.

He has diverse experience in the legal profession spanning almost a decade, representing the interests of clients in matters on insurance, contract documentation and review, commercial litigation, debt recovery actions, capital market operations, corporate law practice, arbitration and legal advisory. In his advisory practice, he has worked with several corporate entities, proffering legal advice and assisting them to navigate the complex waters of corporate transactions. As an advocate, he has represented various clients and government agencies in the High Courts and Appellate courts in Nigeria, defending their interests and securing vital judgments and decisions. He has advised several clients on commercial transactions and transaction structuring on various commercial projects ranging from construction to real property acquisition, employment matters, and business restructuring. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Deputy Head of Chambers at the firm of Idowu Sofola & Co., Ereke Chambers, in Lagos State.

He is the Managing Partner of the firm and thus oversees the general management of the firm’s day to day activities. He also oversees the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice.
